COLORINES CAMPESTRE II
Lots and Layout

Welcome to "Colorines Campestre II" - the newest concept in Mexican retirement!
It is NOT a Time-Share.
It is an affordable opportunity to own your own home in a community in southern Mexico.

As mentioned before, Colorines consists of a single street that dead ends at an archaeological site. The east side borders an existing subdivision that is being developed. There are several homes built already and others are in design and planning stages. The houses to be built on the west side of the street on Calle de Magnolias will have the option of having their houses face east or west.

There are six lots available at this moment and each is roughly 18 by 15 meters (roughly 59 by 49 feet). Exact sizes will be determined once the surveying is complete.

The lots are small for a reason. It has been our experience that folks who want to vacation or retire do not want to spend too much time on yard maintenance. A small garden is okay and even enjoyable but who wants to weed a huge yard while on vacation?

As you can see from the photos below, the development is still an agricultural field but you can imagine your own quiet getaway in a private street. Dare to dream.

The photo above is looking north along the proposed road. The boundary is along the wall in the upper right of the photo. The line of trees in the background is the northern edge of the development and beyond that lies the archaeological site.

In the photo below, we are in the line of trees at the north edge of the development looking south. The road will be along the left side of the photo (against the wall and fence).

We are willing to sell the lots by themselves and you can then arrange to build your own home at your own pace. A price list is available HERE.

OR you could let us built the house for you at a reasonable price. To see the proposed house design and layout, go HERE. If you are interested in just buying the land and building on it some time in the future, click here.
