Welcome to "Los Sabinos" - the newest concept in Mexican retirement!
It is NOT a Time-Share.
It is an opportunity to own your own home in a gated community in southern Mexico.

Los Sabinos is a small development consisting of 30 lots and a small commercial zone set in its own little valley. The lots are arranged along a single street with the entrance in the northeast corner of the development. There area number of open (green spaces) that will be maintained as common garden areas with trees and other plants and we plan to have a walking path ring the entire development.

"Los Sabinos" is nestled in a tiny river valley on the western edge of Sta. Martha Apasco Etla, a sleepy village of 600 just 25 minutes from the state capitol of Oaxaca de Juarez. Many describe Oaxaca's weather as spring-like all year round but its most delightful feature for us is that no matter how hot it gets during the day, it always cools off at night. We do not need air conditioning in our houses! Saves money and is healthier too.

At present, work has started on the road, sewers, water lines and other utilities and the time is now to get involved as prices for material and labor continue to rise. The average lot is 10 meters by 30 meters (32.8 by 98.4 feet) - large enough for a small house and a little garden but small enough to be low maintenance. After all, few people want to spend their vacation cleaning and weeding.

The photos a bove are of the valley that will become Los Sabinos. As noted and as you can see in the photo to the right, work has already started on the basic services.

Starting from bare land can be scary but that is why we are here to help. We have experience in building homes in southern Mexico and enjoy the time we spend in Santa Martha. We want you to enjoy it too!
